All sales are finals. No refunds will be given. Products that are defective or damaged may be returned and exchanged within 6 months of purchase through our warranty policy.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt/proof of purchase. There are certain situations where an exchange may be denied.
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than six months after delivery

Products shipped through the warranty policy are the financial responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are final and non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
