Gamebox Systems Expansion – Moving into 2023

With the help of everyone who bought from and supported us, 2022 has been by far been the best year we have had at Gamebox Systems. Several product launches, YouTube reviews, and broadening our exposure to new customers has enabled us to focus all our time and energy into our innovative and growing company.

With the expansion comes growing pains. As many of you know, we are currently a two man operation consisting of Aaron (Postman) and Eli (Nobble). For most of 2022, we have been able to handle the flow of incoming orders. Along with the growing exposure to the retro modding community and world at large, our open order list has also grown in proportion. Recently we have quite literally been working day and night to make sure everyone receives orders and support in a timely manner. The holidays have been the perfect opportunity for us to recharge from burn out and reflect on how we can serve everyone more effectively moving forward.

Our current plan going into 2023 is to:

– Hire local help to assist in shipping operations (kitting small bits of hardware for kits, packing orders, tracking support requests, etc.)

– Contract community members to do prebuilt/fully assembled unit preparation and assembly

– Increase wholesale sales to domestic vendors as well as international vendors to help avoid shipping delays and headaches

With our big move beginning next week, finding hired help, and training them, there will be intermittent delays for roughly 6 weeks. This delay will effect prebuilt units, kits, and modcube replacement top order fulfillment. We will keep everyone informed on order fulfillment in our weekly updates.

As always, we appreciate the communities support and for bearing with us as we endure the growing pains of an expanding business. We look forward to serving everyone more effectively and efficiently this upcoming year as well as bringing you more amazing products!
